These roles would see the successful candidates working alongside our passionate management team to create a unique Gastro pub experience for our customers. Our restaurant focuses on serving high-quality cuisine, using the best of local Scottish highland suppliers all set in a beautifully designed restaurant.
Responsibilities

​Preparation of food for lunch and dinner service.
​​

Running the kitchen to the standards of the head chef.
​​

working to and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards.
​​

Will be required to assist with ordering, stock and rotation of stock.
​​

Work alongside the head chef to develop a menu, taking note of what works well within the restaurant.
​​

Maintaining organisation to ensure efficient preparation and serving of high-quality Scottish cuisine.

Skills and experience:

Must be a team player.
​​

Assertive and able to remain calm under pressure.
​​

Reliable and punctual
​​

Enthusiasm for food, especially all things local.
​​

Creative, open-minded to new ideas and able to feedback ideas to management

Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 or above
