These roles would see the successful candidates working alongside our passionate management team to create a unique Gastro pub experience for our customers. Our restaurant focuses on serving high-quality cuisine, using the best of local Scottish highland suppliers all set in a beautifully designed restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • ​Preparation of food for lunch and dinner service. 

​​

  • Running the kitchen to the standards of the head chef.

​​

  • working to and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards.

​​

  • Will be required to assist with ordering, stock and rotation of stock.

​​

  • Work alongside the head chef to develop a menu, taking note of what works well within the restaurant.

​​

  • Maintaining organisation to ensure efficient preparation and serving of high-quality Scottish cuisine. 

​​

  • Skills and experience: 

​​

  • Must be a team player.

​​

  • Assertive and able to remain calm under pressure.

​​

  • Reliable and punctual 

​​

  • Enthusiasm for food, especially all things local.

​​

  • Creative, open-minded to new ideas and able to feedback ideas to management

​​

  • Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 or above
